3 Reasons why your next vacation should be a CRUISE!

Traveling can be fun, but expensive. Airfare, hotel stay, food expense, or entertainment expense can really add up. If you are traveling on a budget then, expenses can really dull your fun. This is why I want to present to you some of the awesome reasons why going a cruise can not only keep down expenses, but also prove to be the best fun ever.

My First Cruise: Carnival Cruise Line
Nassau, Bahama's
#1. Cruises can save loads of money
The best thing about going on a cruise is that mostly everything is inclusive. Usually, there is an endless buffet of food throughout the day at every corner. Think about going on a normal vacation where you've already handed out hundred of dollars for airfare and hotel expenses, trying to calculate food with that can get really steep, really fast. Usually, you can get food at any time of night while on the boat. The only additional expense would be for alcohol and of course the casino, all which are optional. Going on a cruise during the off season can save loads of money. I went on my first 3 day cruise for under $300. I went mid february while it was winter in my state, but beautifully warm weather in the Bahama's. Of course, the early birds get the warm, so planning well in advance can help save money as well if you would rather  go on the in seasons.

#2. Entertainment. Entertainment. Entertainment
You'll never run out of things to do. The options are endless. There are usually many events going on at the same tine. Every boat may have different types of activities, so it is important to research before you book to determine what's best for you or your family. There are boats that have slides for children and "some adults too". There are boats for the "grown and sexy" as well, so if you're planning a family vacation these are things that you want to consider. My friends and I were the karaoke queens on our last cruise. We had such a blast! There's something about letting your guard down on a boat with people you will never see again! It makes the experience great!

#3. Its the better way to tour a country
If you want to save a bit of money, but you also want to tour another country, a cruise is the perfect way to do that. Usually, once you get to that country you would have to pay for a tour. My tour of the Bahamas' was around $20. Luckily, I had a great tour guide. Many people choose not to get off the boat once they reach the destination, but I think that it heightens the experience even more.
